Tamar Crossings website UX Design
Tamar Crossings operates the Tamar Bridge and Torpoint Ferry, providing essential transport links between Devon and Cornwall. Managed by a joint committee formed by Plymouth City Council and Cornwall Council, this organisation ensures safe, reliable, and efficient crossings for thousands of daily commuters, residents, and visitors.
As the UX designer for their website, I crafted an intuitive and user-friendly digital experience to enhance accessibility and engagement. My design focused on streamlining access to real-time journey updates, toll information, and TamarTag services, ensuring seamless navigation for users across devices. By prioritising clarity and functionality, I aimed to reflect Tamar Crossings’ mission of delivering reliable and efficient services in the digital space.
